Daily Scribble is a free daily word game. Every day there is one new 4×4 grid of letters, the same for everyone, and you have two minutes to find as many words as you can.
Is Daily Scribble free? Yes, completely. There is nothing to sign up for, and it works in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer.
Can I play more than once a day? No. There is one round per day, so everyone is playing the same grid under the same conditions. A new grid appears each day.
Which words count? Any ordinary English word of 3 or more letters, in British or American spelling. Proper nouns, abbreviations, swear words and most slang are not allowed.
How do I share my score without spoiling the grid? After your round you can share to WhatsApp, X or Facebook. The message shows your points, the share of words you found and a small bar chart by word length, but never the words themselves.
Is the leaderboard compulsory? No. After your round you can choose to add your initials to today's leaderboard. Your score is never published unless you add it yourself.
What is the daily streak? It counts how many days in a row you have played, and is kept in your browser.
